Q. How long will it take for my home to appear on the Realtor.com?
A. Once we create your Non-Local MLS Listing, it will take about 6 hours for your home to appear on
    Realtor.com.  

   

Q. Can I Cancel my Non-Local MLS Listing and Realtor.com posting?
A. Yes, you may Cancel at any time and there are No Cancellation Fees!


Q. Do I need to come to your Office?
A. No, we can do everything via email, fax, or USPS mail.  

 

Q. Will I receive a copy of my Non-Local MLS Listing?
A. Yes, absolutely, we will email, fax, or mail a copy to you.

 

Q. How will Buyers contact me?
A. If they call our office, we will give them your contact telephone number. If they send us an email,
    we will automatically forward it to you.   


Q. Will my Realtor.com Posting look the same?
A. Yes, absolutely, your Realtor.com Posting will look exactly the same as the one created by a
    traditional real estate agent. There is no way to distinguish between the Listings.
